Who these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions cover this Request Safari website, prelaunch registration and operator-service funding requests. Request Safari is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Contact onboarding@requestsafari.com for service, payment or policy questions.

This website is a planning and operator-onboarding service. Traveler safari contracts are agreed directly with the selected tour operator. Request Safari does not confirm travel reservations or collect safari booking deposits through this V1.

Registration, approval and access

Registration is free. Company approval is manual. Approved operators can publish unlimited packages without a subscription or trial access requirement. A prelaunch signup or funding request does not create an approved marketplace account, establish a reservation or guarantee leads.

Provide accurate business and contact information and submit a funding request only if you are authorised to act for that business. Do not send card information, passwords, identity documents or bank details through this public request form.

Paid services and your choices

Paid operator services are optional lead acceptance and optional advertising. Receiving an inquiry is not itself a charge. The exact lead fee is presented for each manual acceptance; funding a wallet does not accept any lead. Advertising has its own campaign budget and impression-based price, presented before activation. No particular inquiry volume, ranking, sales result or travel booking is guaranteed.

Published packages, profiles and articles remain public under their approval and moderation rules regardless of wallet balance. An insufficient or negative available balance can restrict a new paid action; it does not automatically remove approved public content.

Funding requests and payment

The funding form accepts requests from US$100 to US$10,000 in USD. Review the business details, purpose, amount and these policies before submitting. V1 records an unpaid request for review and provides a reference. It does not charge you, reserve funds, create a wallet balance or issue a payment receipt.

The team confirms the approved operator account and the applicable services before arranging any payment. Any payable total, payment currency, applicable fees and exchange-rate information are disclosed before authorisation. Successful payments receive server-side verification before the correct wallet receives paid credit. Do not treat a redirect, browser success message or request reference as proof of payment.

Service delivery and cancellation

An active wallet records paid service credit and applicable ledger transactions. Lead charges relate to individual manual acceptances; campaign charges relate to advertising delivered under the chosen campaign settings. Campaign allocations and unpaid commitments require reconciliation before a refund can be calculated.

You can cancel an unpaid funding request without a cancellation charge by contacting support with its reference. No refund is due on a request that collects no money. Paid-credit and service-charge refunds follow the Refund Policy. Promotional credit is non-withdrawable and has no cash refund value.

Refunds, errors and complaints

Request a 100% refund of all unused paid wallet balance by emailing refunds@requestsafari.com with the reason and deposit reference within 30 calendar days of the deposit. Eligible refunds return to the original funding method. Spent service charges and promotional credit are not unused paid balance.

Report a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, unauthorised charge, missing credit or delivery problem to refunds@requestsafari.com with the reference and a description. Do not email full card numbers or security codes. Support checks payment verification and service records before confirming a correction, refund amount and expected timing.

Responsible use and content

Do not submit misleading company information, copied or unauthorised content, spam, malicious material or another person’s details without permission. Respect the rights in Request Safari writing and brand assets and in linked third-party resources.

Operators remain responsible for accurate package descriptions, prices, licences, availability and their own traveler terms. Our planning content and labelled illustrative artwork are not guarantees of live prices, availability, licensing, safety or wildlife sightings.

Privacy, changes and applicable rights

The Privacy Notice explains the data collected for signup and funding requests. Required consent is limited to the requested service and related contact; this form does not subscribe a business to marketing.

Kenyan law applies to this website relationship, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. These terms do not exclude non-excludable legal rights. Revised policies show an effective date and apply prospectively; a later change does not silently replace terms already accepted for a request. Contact support first for a practical review of any dispute.

Website usage analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity on public information pages in cookieless mode to understand page use and improve navigation. Both analytics and advertising storage remain denied; visiting the site or accepting these Terms does not send a cookie-consent grant. Our Privacy Notice describes Microsoft data processing, strict masking, excluded private forms and the controls for disabling usage analytics.
