Effective date: 27 October 2026 · Request Safari · Nairobi, Kenya
Scope and current payment status
This Refund Policy covers payments for Request Safari operator wallet credit, lead acceptance and advertising. It does not govern safari payments made directly to a tour operator. Those payments follow that operator’s agreed booking and cancellation terms.
The current V1 funding flow collects no money. An unpaid request can be cancelled without charge; it does not create a refundable payment or funded wallet balance.
How to request a review
Email refunds@requestsafari.com with your company name, account email, request or transaction reference, amount, date and reason. Include only the last four card digits if needed; never send a full card number, security code, online-banking credentials or identity documents to this public form.
Support checks the payment status, available paid credit, service delivery, duplicate charges and outstanding commitments. A refund confirmation identifies the approved amount and its status. No extra payment is required to release a refund.
100% refund of unused paid balance
Tour operators can request a 100% refund of all unused paid wallet balance. Email refunds@requestsafari.com, state the reason for the request and include the business name, account email and deposit reference. Request Safari makes no deduction from the eligible unused paid balance.
The request must reach refunds@requestsafari.com within 30 calendar days of the deposit date shown on the payment record. Each deposit has its own 30-day request period. Include the relevant references if the request covers multiple deposits. A request received within the period remains eligible for review after that period ends.
Confirming the unused amount
Unused paid balance is deposited money that remains unspent on Request Safari services. Charges already spent on accepted leads or advertising already delivered do not form part of the unused balance. Promotional or bonus credit is not deposited money and has no cash refund value.
Any active campaign allocations and outstanding service entries are reconciled to confirm the full unused paid amount. Support explains the reconciliation and any already-consumed charges; the same unused amount is not refunded twice. Duplicate, mistaken, unauthorised or uncredited payments and service-delivery errors remain open to investigation.
Original funding method and processing
The refund uses the same funding mechanism as the original deposit. A refund is not redirected to an unrelated payer or another payment method. Support confirms the eligible unused amount, refund status and expected processing period after checking the deposit and service records.
The 30-day period is the deadline for submitting a refund request. Refund processing and the bank or payment service posting time appear in the refund confirmation. If a bank applies currency conversion, its rate can differ from the original deposit rate.
Refund method and timing
Approved monetary refunds return through the original funding mechanism to the original payer. Refunds do not exceed the original eligible payment, and the same amount is not refunded twice. A change in banking details requires appropriate verification; do not include bank details in this website form.
The refund confirmation states the amount, initiation status and expected processing period. Your payment provider or bank controls the final posting time. Contact support if an initiated refund has not appeared within the period stated in that confirmation. Exchange rates used by a bank can differ from the original payment rate.
Disputes and legal rights
Contact support about a suspected error or non-delivery so we can investigate the underlying records. This process does not remove applicable statutory rights or your right to contact your payment provider about a disputed transaction. Request Safari keeps a record of refund decisions and provides confirmation of an initiated refund.
