Email refunds@requestsafari.com with your reason and deposit reference within 30 calendar days of deposit to request a 100% refund of unused paid wallet balance to the original funding mechanism. Read the Refund Policy for the full process.

Your prelaunch signup confirmation asks you to email onboarding@requestsafari.com. Operators can include a company website and destination coverage. Travelers can share the destination or type of safari they are interested in. We do not promise a specific response time.
