Join Request Safari as a Tour Operator

Bring your local knowledge

We are inviting safari operators to introduce their business ahead of 3 November 2026. Tell us where you operate, the trips you organise and the travelers you are best equipped to serve. An accurate introduction is more useful than a long sales pitch.

The commercial model

Registration is free. Company approval is manual, and approved operators can publish unlimited packages without a subscription or trial access requirement. Lead acceptance is a separate, optional paid action: receiving an inquiry is not itself a charge. Optional advertising is also separate. Operators review the applicable marketplace fees and controls before committing to a paid service.

What to send

First join the prelaunch list and choose Tour operator. Then email onboarding@requestsafari.com with your company name, website, operating destinations and the best contact person. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive identity documents in an introductory email. The team can explain the appropriate verification process.

Operator services and funding requests

Visit the Operator services link in the footer for wallet-funding requests, optional lead fees, advertising and the applicable policies. The separate request form records an unpaid request for business review; it does not take payment or credit a wallet.

What joining means

Prelaunch registration records your interest only. It is not company approval, a promise of leads or confirmation that your packages are published. The team reviews your introduction and explains the next steps.
