Registration is free, company approval is manual, and approved operators can publish unlimited safari packages without a subscription or trial.

Lead acceptance

Receiving a traveler inquiry is free. You decide whether to accept an individual lead after reviewing the displayed fee. The platform default is 1% of the quoted total party value; the exact applicable charge appears before acceptance. Funding alone does not accept a lead or guarantee a booking.

Optional advertising

Advertising uses a separate campaign budget and impression-based pricing. You review the budget, rate and campaign details before activation. Wallet funding does not start advertising automatically.

Funding amount and fulfilment

Funding requests range from US$100 to US$10,000. The amount you select is the requested paid wallet credit, not a safari price. The amount collected on this V1 is US$0.00. No payment details are collected here.

Our team confirms the approved business account and service availability before payment. Any payable amount, currency, applicable fees and exchange-rate information appear before you authorise a payment. A funding request is not a paid invoice or a promise of immediate activation.

Wallet credit becomes available only after an active payment integration verifies a successful payment and credits the correct operator account. A receipt or funding reference alone does not prove payment. Platform credit is for Request Safari services; it is not a traveler booking deposit, a savings account or a peer-to-peer transfer service.

Booking and check-in

Request Safari collects operator-service funding requests on this flow. It does not sell safari accommodation or collect traveler trip payments. Hotel check-in/check-out and traveler booking checkout do not apply to these operator services. Travelers agree trip booking, payment and cancellation terms directly with their chosen safari operator.
