Who handles this information
Request Safari, Nairobi, Kenya, handles information submitted on this separate planning and operator-onboarding website. Contact onboarding@requestsafari.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion.
What the website collects
The launch form asks for your name, email, interest type and consent. The operator funding form asks for your contact name, business name, email, requested USD amount and intended service use. We record request time, reference, unpaid status and the policy version acknowledged at submission.
Necessary session cookies protect forms and keep your own request review and confirmation private. A short-lived salted network hash limits repeated submissions. The website does not ask for card numbers, security codes, passwords, director identity records or bank details.
Purpose and sharing
We use launch information for the launch and onboarding contact you request. Funding-request information supports business-account matching, service review, cancellation and payment-related correspondence. It does not create marketing consent.
The hosting provider processes technical website traffic and server storage. Email correspondence is handled through the team mailbox. There is no payment-provider data transfer from the unpaid V1 funding form. Any active payment service has its own applicable payment notice and payment-data handling; the total and relevant provider are disclosed before a payment is authorised. We do not sell these request details.
Storage and retention
Signup and funding-request records are stored server-side outside the public website directory with restricted file permissions. Public confirmation pages do not expose a searchable customer or order list. No financial credentials are stored in these records.
Unpaid funding requests and signup records older than 180 days are removed during subsequent successful processing of the relevant form. Necessary payment, accounting or dispute records arising from an actual paid relationship have their own applicable retention requirements and notices. You can ask for earlier deletion where no applicable record-keeping obligation requires retention.
Microsoft Clarity usage analytics
On public information pages, Microsoft Clarity collects page views, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and masked page recordings in cookieless mode to help us understand content use and fix navigation problems. Microsoft receives this usage data and technical network information, including your IP address, and processes it under its privacy statement.
No consent popup appears. We send denied signals for both analytics and advertising storage, so Clarity does not receive a cookie-consent grant from browsing this website or accepting these Terms. Without cookies, each page view is treated separately; returning-visitor counts and journeys across pages are limited.
Strict content masking is enabled. The recorder is absent from signup and operator-funding pages, including review and confirmation; pages with query strings are excluded. No names, emails, account identifiers or funding references are sent through a custom identification API. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics.
Analytics settings in the footer leads to the controls below. You can disable usage analytics in this browser at any time. We respect a previously saved rejection from the earlier consent popup. Your analytics preference lasts up to 180 days and uses local browser storage only to remember your choice. If storage is unavailable, analytics stays off. Existing first-party Clarity cookies from the earlier version are removed. Necessary forms work independently of analytics.
Microsoft retains ordinary replay data for 30 days and click/heatmap data for up to 9 months; labeled or favorited recordings can remain for 9 months. Disabling analytics stops future collection and does not erase previously collected data. Contact us about privacy requests. Microsoft’s privacy statement and Clarity retention information are linked below.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your information, cancel an unpaid funding request or withdraw optional launch contact by emailing onboarding@requestsafari.com. We use proportionate identity checks before disclosing personal records or acting on a deletion request.
You can raise a privacy concern with us or the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya. Necessary security cookies support form processing; no advertising trackers are added by these V1 forms. External sites linked in the guides have their own privacy practices.
